About us

We prepare organizations to receive what they've been praying and planning for.

Our story

The Lazarus Project began with a pattern we kept seeing: capable leaders with real vision, turned away from capital not because their work lacked merit, but because no one had ever shown them what readiness required. A ministry with a packed sanctuary and no audited financials. A caterer with a waiting list and no separation between business and personal accounts.

The gap wasn't ambition. It was preparation, infrastructure, and access. So we built an organization to close it — one that sits with clients long before an application is filed, and stays with them long after the funding closes.

The meaning behind the name

Lazarus is a story of restoration — of life returning to what looked finished. We work with organizations in that same place: stalled projects, dormant buildings, plateaued businesses, and leaders who have been told "not yet" one too many times.

Second chances are not sentimentality here. They are structural. When an organization is equipped with the right education, systems, and relationships, what looked dead becomes fundable, buildable, and durable.

Our belief

Every organization — startup, small business, or faith-based ministry — deserves the education, infrastructure, and connections needed to responsibly access real estate, construction, programmatic, and financial resources.

Our approach

01

Listen first

We start with where you actually are — not where a loan application says you should be. Financials, governance, capacity, and vision.

02

Educate before capital

Clients learn how funding structures work, what underwriting looks for, and what obligations come with each dollar.

03

Build the infrastructure

Bookkeeping, board governance, project budgets, and documentation — the unglamorous work that makes financing possible.

04

Open the table

When you're ready, we make the introductions: lenders, funders, developers, and community partners who can move with you.

Get Ready. Get Resourced. Get Growing.

Whether you are a startup, a small business, or a ministry with a building vision, readiness starts with one conversation.
